Changed

• A valid persona no longer stops a model from binding to the executable model. It is reported as information only, and models that already bound produce the same bytes. Personas and providers are still not part of the executable model; the authentication documentation describes where a renderer reads provider identities from the compilation result. This is part of #254.
• A persona whose policy cannot be resolved is now an error in compilation, Safe authoring and executable binding, so it never falls back to anonymous access. Draft authoring still accepts it and reports the unresolved reference.

Fixed

• A value indented under a clock trigger (every …, at …) reports PLAY0450, because clock triggers take no values. (#258)
• A line indented under a reads line reports PLAY0451. It no longer becomes a property of the command or a value of the reaction trigger. (#259)
