• SemanticEvaluator.EstablishWorld(plan, facts) establishes a deterministic reference world from ordered existing facts, with no read-model snapshots required. It checks every fact first: a default or null fact array, an unknown event, a payload that doesn't match the event, a missing or blank event-source identity, a source type other than the event's declared producer destination type, or a blank tag returns SemanticRejected with category Contract. A fact that affects a reducer-backed read model returns SemanticUnsupported with capability Projection, because reducer transitions are opaque. This is reference semantics and does not replace Chronicle replay. (#253)
