Added

• Without a project, the Screenplay MCP server now works in Documents/Screenplay in your home folder, creating it on demand, so Claude and ChatGPT desktop need no model folder. The .play files are ordinary files there.
• When the host offers a project root, the server serves the folder already holding the project's .play files, else its Source or src folder, else a new Screenplay folder in the project.

Changed

• The ChatGPT desktop plugin no longer pins a model directory in its plugin data folder; it uses the same defaults.
