The MCP propose-rename tool now renames event sources and event streams. Renaming a source updates the source in every command route and specification route that names it. Renaming a stream updates only the routes to that source's stream. Existing id pins are kept exactly as written, and none are added. A rename is refused when the new name is already a source, when it is already a sibling stream, or when the source is declared in more than one place. (#467)
