Added

• A when redelivered <Event> to <Reaction> locator can now state the redelivered event's route, with stream Source.Stream (plus a streamId or composite part block) or no stream. Two given events that differ only in their stream can then be told apart. A locator matches only when exactly one given event definitely fits. (part of #490)
• Typed event examples can now carry a route. A step that uses the example can replace that route as a whole, and the route's origin (authored, example or override) appears in the effective specification API and in MCP find-fixtures. (part of #491)

• PLAY0526 now refuses route lines only in command and read-model examples, and its message says so. PLAY0548 no longer fires for a route under when redelivered. (part of #491)
