• Stage accepts Screenplay ESM v17 models. Stage's semantic specification runs execute when redelivered <Event> to <Reaction>: the given event is delivered again to the named reaction only, without being appended again, and what follows is settled. They also execute then no events for commands, reactions and appends. (part of #371)
• Rendered command specifications and single production-only reaction specifications with then no events assert that nothing was appended or produced. Rendered redelivery, fan-out, deeper cascades and appends with no observer are refused with STAGE-ESM-011, which names the reason; rendering redelivery needs Cratis/Chronicle#4873. (part of #371)
