Release v4.103.1

Fixed

• A freshly scaffolded application's frontend now type-checks and builds before any slice is rendered. The scaffold's entry point loads the Scene module only when it exists, and until the first render creates it, shows "Nothing to show yet" instead of failing with Cannot find module '../src/stage'. Fully rendered applications load their Scene module exactly as before. (#399)
