Release v4.106.0
Summary
Rendered applications validate query arguments against their concept rules again, matching the Screenplay reference evaluator, and Stage admits ESM v18 query rejection specifications.
Added
- Stage admits Screenplay ESM v18. A specification that queries with an out-of-rule key or filter value and expects
then errorrenders as a companion specification asserting the query's validation failure, and Stage's semantic runs and the Stage Host reproduce the reference'sValidationrejection. (#370)
Changed
- Rendered queries take concept-typed
bykeys and filter values again, so Arc's concept validators answer an out-of-rule argument with a 400 instead of an empty result. Nested and collection concept values are validated too, so they are no longer refused. A valid key that matches nothing still returns no result. (#370) - Stage builds against Screenplay 4.170.0. ESM v20 models remain refused with
STAGE-ESM-016. (#370) - An optional concept key or filter with a
not emptyrule fails withSTAGE-ESM-010, because Arc skips validation for a null argument while the reference validates it. Query rejection specifications with prior events or read-model state, and composite query arguments that leave out members, are refused with their own diagnostics rather than rendered differently from the reference.
