Added

• Render read-model and query specifications over read models built by scoped projections. Generated specifications replay every produced event in command order through the generated projection, including joins and removals. Replays that cannot be reproduced exactly fail with STAGE-ESM-011. (part of #14)
• Render complete given read models in query-only lookup specifications. Given read models before a command are still rejected. (part of #14)
• Render then events in any order with several events as a multiset match, checking each event's stream and payload. (part of #14)

• Scoped projection constructs that remain rejected now name their exact blocker in the diagnostic. They are composite keys, all subscriptions, root join removals, nested clear followed by re-creation, child removal across several parents, literal mappings (Cratis/Chronicle#4124), and joins or children inside nested blocks (Cratis/Chronicle#4125).
