Added

• GET /stage/status returns an optional notes list with the compiler's information and warning diagnostics (code, message, source and severity), so clients can show what the engine ignored without treating it as a failure. (#430)

Fixed

• The semantic engine (cratis run with the semantic runtime, and the Stage Host) no longer reports Screenplay's informational notes as blocking refusals. Report-only metadata such as descriptions, personas, documentation and deferred screens used to appear among the Unsupported(Plan) model: refusals, burying the real errors. Only errors block now.
