Summary

Stage now admits ESM v21 models and refuses the v21 constructs it cannot render yet with typed diagnostics, and rendered specifications only need pinned generated values when a concept rule is not proven.

Added

  • Stage admits ESM v21 models. Concepts that use generate pattern, generate random or generate rule are refused with STAGE-ESM-028, naming the strategy, until Stage renders them. (part of #414)
  • validate checksum rules are refused with the new code STAGE-ESM-042 until Stage renders them. (part of #414)

Changed

  • A rendered specification may leave a generated value unpinned when every rule on its concept is proven by Screenplay's rule consistency check; unproven or refuted rules still require a pin (STAGE-ESM-038). (#423)

Fixed

  • The legacy renderer refuses validation rules it cannot render instead of writing a // TODO comment into the generated validator. (part of #414)
