Fixed

• Commands with == or != validation rules on a concept with named values now render instead of being refused with STAGE-ESM-005. The generated code compares enum members, including for optional concepts, where an absent value passes. (#420)
• Requirements that compare a named-value concept with one of its members, or with another property of the same concept, now render, including combinations with and and or. Ordering, other rule kinds, collections and comparisons across different concepts are still refused with a specific reason. (#420)
