Concepts with an ESM v21 validate checksum rule (Luhn, Mod11 or Mod97) now render: the generated concept validator checks the checksum with Cratis.Fundamentals, and Stage's executor and Host evaluate the rule with the same semantics as Screenplay. Pinned specification values that fail the checksum are refused when the model is admitted. (part of #414)
