A planned artifact now names the semantic identities it realizes: PlannedArtifact.Sources is a sorted, distinct list of slice, command, event, read-model, projection, query, concept, type and specification ids. Scaffold artifacts have no sources. Artifact bytes and SHA-256 hashes are unchanged, so a render plan maps every artifact to both its semantic origin and its hash. (#11)
