• Stage's specification runner now runs specifications for concepts that use generate rule (ESM v21) when the generated value is pinned. Like the reference evaluator, it checks the pinned String against the concept's rules and never runs the generation body; unpinned generation stays unsupported. A model whose generate rule concepts are used by no command is no longer refused. (part of #414)
• The Host refuses only the commands that generate a generate rule value, with STAGE-ESM-028 naming the command, property and concept, because its interpreter never runs implementation bodies; render the application to run them. Rendering still refuses generate rule with STAGE-ESM-028. (part of #414)
