Summary

The Stage Host now uses the semantic engine by default. The eventmodel engine is deprecated: it still runs when selected explicitly and logs a warning at startup.

Changed

  • The Stage Host (and the Stage Docker image) runs the semantic engine when no engine is configured. To keep the previous behavior, start the Host with --engine=eventmodel or set Stage__Runtime__Engine=eventmodel. The SpecRunner default is unchanged. (part of #23)

Deprecated

  • The eventmodel Host engine is deprecated and will be removed in Stage v6. Selecting it logs a warning once at startup. (part of #23)
