The Cratis renderer can now render an application around specifications it refuses, instead of refusing the whole plan.

Added

  • Opt-in render-around: set CratisPlanOptions.Refusals to ArtifactRefusalMode.RenderAround (carried as the cratis-render:refusals profile input) to render the application while dropping only specifications refused with STAGE-ESM-011 or STAGE-ESM-024. Any other refusal keeps the whole plan refused. (part of #500)
  • ArtifactRenderPlan.Outcome (Complete, Partial, Refused) and ArtifactRenderPlan.Refusals list every dropped specification with its codes; CratisPlanResult exposes both. A partial plan keeps its error diagnostics, so Success stays false and consumers must check Outcome to use it. A new information diagnostic STAGE-PLAN-007 reports how many specifications were rendered around. (part of #500)

Changed

  • Plans rendered without the opt-in, and their digests, are unchanged; a partial plan's digest includes its refusals. (part of #500)
