• The Stage frontend runtime is published to npm as @cratis/stage.runtime with every Stage release, at the same version as the Stage packages, with provenance. It carries the Stage application shell, command execution through Arc proxies, data sources, navigation and Stage components, with Arc, Scene, Cratis Components and React as peer dependencies. Rendered applications still embed the runtime for now; switching them to the package follows. (part of #499)

• A Stage release now publishes the npm runtime package before the NuGet packages, and the release fails when any of its npm, NuGet or Docker publications fails. (part of #499)
