Release v4.158.0

Specifications that start from given read-model state, or that assert queries with equality filters, now run in Stage's specification executor and in the semantic Host instead of being refused.

Added

• Given read-model state in a specification seeds that read model per key: the seed replaces earlier projected state for its key, later events still fold into it, other keys keep their history, and commands invoked during the run see the same seed. (part of #15)
• Seeded read models that have no projection are returned exactly as seeded in read-model and query assertions. (part of #15)
• Query assertions that supply equality filters run against the projected and seeded read models: filters combine with the key, omitted optional filters do not narrow the result, and rows are matched regardless of order. (#546)

Changed

• Specifications whose seeds cannot be represented faithfully are refused with a typed reason instead of running: partial or null seeds of projected read models, and seeds of read models built by an opaque reducer. (part of #15)
• Stage now uses Chronicle 19.83.0, and the Host image runs the matching Chronicle kernel. (part of #15)
