• A specification that expects a protected read to find nothing (<ReadModel> '<key>' does not exist.) renders although the command's event triggers a reaction: a refused command appends nothing, so no reaction runs (STAGE-ESM-011 no longer refuses it). The refusal stays when a command a reaction invokes reads the same read model, because the message is then ambiguous. (#503)

• Acme Commerce Sales AnApprovedOrderCannotBeApprovedAgain (a rejection by the decision read of ApproveOrder, whose event triggers ConfirmApprovedOrder) was the last refusal of the Catalog + Storefront + Sales slice.
