Changed

• Specifications and the Stage host now run per-run projections whose read models have optional scalar properties. An optional value that no event sets reads back as null instead of 0, false or an empty UUID. Read models with an optional identifier, collections or composite-type properties are still refused, each with its own reason. (part of #512)
