• Reducer bodies can read context.Tenant and compare it with TenantId.Default and TenantId.NotSet. (#185)

Changed

• Stage translates tenants the same way in its own runtime, in generated command handlers and in generated reducers: the default tenant, and an Arc request with no tenant, become the zero-GUID portable default (TenantId.Default). A named tenant keeps its exact name, and a tenant named as an empty string or as the zero GUID is refused rather than merged into the default. Generated command handlers previously wrote Arc's raw Default value. (#185)
