Changed

• The semantic runtime builds its scene from the Screenplay semantic model instead of the legacy event model; authored screens and layouts are still read from the model's syntax. (part of #23)

Fixed

• Stage status reports the runtime engine actually selected, including --engine= overrides and the default eventmodel engine; it previously reported an engine only when the environment variable set it to semantic. (part of #23)
