Fixed

  • A concept declared secret scope namespace or secret scope global renders [Encrypted(EncryptionScope.Namespace)] or [Encrypted(EncryptionScope.Global)] even when the complianceDetails option is off, instead of falling back to subject scope. The option now gates only the free-text reason and details. Concepts without a scope, or with subject scope, render as before. (part of #250)
