Fixed

• Stage tables that navigate on a row click now carry the selected row's identity in the address (#/WorkItemDetails?workItemId=...), restore the selection from a deep link, and clear it from the address when the selection is cleared. (part of #236) (part of #237)
• Tables fed by a data ... by <parameter> declaration now read through that declaration's query with the selected identity, so a details screen shows only the selected item's rows, ignores a delayed response for a previously selected item, and reads nothing while no item is selected. (part of #236) (part of #237)
• Native command forms on a screen navigated by a parameter now start with that parameter in the same-named command input, so Rename and AddComment submit for the selected work item; inputs with no matching parameter, such as a new comment's identity, stay required user input. (part of #236) (part of #237)
• Switching the Scene theme now repaints the page body background and text color, not only the shell. (part of #236) (part of #237)
