Changed

• The Stage surface ledger now records exactly which query shapes render and which are refused with STAGE-ESM-010: snapshot lists and observable optional lookups are refused. It also records that the default Scene composition leaves list queries out.

Fixed

• The Stage Host now returns every matching read model for a list query instead of only the first. An unkeyed list query no longer advertises an id parameter, and a keyed list query takes its parameter under its modeled name.
• Rendered read models no longer mark a list query's by property as the read-model key. Only single-result lookups set [Key].
• An authorized unkeyed query now gets its generated authorization policy registered, so the [Authorize] attribute on it no longer points at a missing policy. An authorization rule that needs a query argument the query does not have is refused with STAGE-ESM-015. (#261)
