Release v4.49.8

Fixed

• Stage now serves authored command forms as native runtime command-form elements with modeled field descriptors and JSON schema metadata, so required inputs are available before submit instead of falling back to empty command bodies. (part of #236) (part of #237)
• Stage now attaches command routes to native command-form elements as well as action buttons, so form submits and command actions resolve to the same backend route. (part of #236) (part of #237)
