• The Stage event model carries each read model's modeled queries (Queries, with name, by parameter and cardinality), and /stage/routes resolves a by query by its modeled name. See Query endpoints. (part of #236) (part of #237)

Fixed

• Modeled queries narrowed with by (for example CommentsForWorkItem by workItemId) are now served under their own route and return only the instances that match the argument, instead of every instance of the read model. A missing or empty argument returns an empty result. (part of #236) (part of #237)
• The conventional All<ReadModels> route applies the same narrowing when a caller supplies a modeled by parameter, so all-comment-views?workItemId=<id> no longer returns other work items' comments. (part of #236) (part of #237)
