• The Stage Host now runs Screenplay models that declare named event sources and streams and route commands to them. Each appended event carries its event source type, stream type and stream id. The Host registers the model's event sources with Chronicle each time it connects. Routed events are read back with their route when the Host rebuilds its state after a restart. A route the model could not have produced is refused, not ignored. (part of #177)

• A command whose stream id cannot be formatted is rejected as a contract failure after its authorization and validation have run, without echoing the value. Specification runs that use routed fixtures are still refused with STAGE-ESM-030. The eventmodel engine and the structural SpecRunner keep refusing routes.
