• CratisRendering.CheckPublication(plan, readExistingFile) tells a publisher whether it is safe to write a module, feature or slice plan into an existing application. It returns CratisPublicationCheck.Compatible, or CratisPublicationCheck.RequiresApplicationScope with the affected paths and a reason when the destination still has the policy layout from before Stage 4.50.0. An application-scope plan is always compatible. The check only reads the shared policy files the plan would overwrite, recognizes the current layout from their content, and treats unrecognized content as requiring application scope. The reader returns null only for a confirmed-absent file and must throw on a read failure. (#291)
• ArtifactRenderPlan.Scope records the scope a plan was planned for.
