Added

• Specifications that Stage renders for commands in models with named event sources and streams now check routes.
  • Givens are seeded on their event source and stream.
  • Each expected event's event source type, stream type and stream id is asserted, or its absence when the specification says unrouted.
  • Expected events in any order are matched one to one, as in Screenplay's reference runner, so an event can't satisfy two expectations.
  • Read-model and query specifications whose givens need routes are still refused with STAGE-ESM-030 until Chronicle's read-model scenario can seed routed events (Cratis/Chronicle#4738). (#177)
