Fixed

• A generated application's event store data now survives docker compose down and up, container recreation and regenerating the application into the same folder. The generated docker-compose.yml keeps the development Chronicle image's MongoDB data in the named volumes chronicle-data and chronicle-config; before, it used anonymous volumes and a recreated container started from an empty store. Only docker compose down --volumes deletes the data. (part of #100)
