Summary

Semantic specification runs through SpecRunner --engine semantic and the Stage host's POST /stage/semantic/specifications/run now execute read-model absence assertions and protected queries previously reported as unsupported.

Added

• Keyed absence assertions for admitted read-model projections pass only when the specified instance is missing; instances at other keys do not affect the result. (part of #15)
• Protected optional snapshot queries by read-model identifier evaluate portable authorization policies using the specification's caller, query argument and key as the subject. Denials match then denied, not an empty result or then error; reached opaque policies remain Unsupported(Authorization). (part of #15)
