Changed

• Time-ordered generated values (uuidv7, ulid and typeid concepts in ESM v15 models) now take their time from the command's receipt time instead of the wall clock, in rendered applications and in the Stage Host. A value and $context.occurred of the same command come from the same instant. Rendered concepts implement IGeneratableInContext<T>, so hand-written code that called New() on one of them now passes a GenerationContext. (#376)
• Rendered command specifications with an unpinned time-ordered value fix Arc's scenario clock and check that the value's time part matches the receipt time. (#376)
