• Command specifications with a given clock now render and run instead of being refused as unsupported time. The rendered specification fixes Arc's scenario clock to the stated instant, and Stage's semantic specification runs use it as the command's occurrence. So $context.occurred values can be asserted exactly, and generated time-ordered values are checked against that instant. The clock must be a whole number of milliseconds and no earlier than 1970. when clock, clocks on reaction specifications, and query-only and direct-append specifications are still refused. (#381)
