Scaffolded applications now serve their frontend build artifacts from a single /assets/ prefix.

Applications scaffolded from the cratis and cratis-aspire templates emit hashed build artifacts under wwwroot/assets/ instead of at the wwwroot root, so /assets/** can be expressed as a reverse-proxy, CDN or WAF path rule
The template package no longer carries local build output from Templates/ChronicleWeb/obj when packed from a working tree that has been built
