Changed

• The Kotlin and Java templates no longer pin a literal Cratis Arc/Chronicle version in build.gradle.kts. The io.cratis.arc Gradle plugin and the new io.cratis:cratis meta package (Cratis/Arc.Kotlin#209) both resolve to latest.release, so a fresh build always picks up the newest published release — the same behavior the C# templates already have via NuGet's Version="*". Previously this required hand-editing a literal version on every Arc/Chronicle release, and had already drifted three releases behind.
