Fixed

  • cratis ai install and cratis ai update keep an existing MCP configuration's own indentation, nesting and line endings when they add or remove a server, so .vscode/mcp.json and the other JSON and Codex TOML configurations no longer get whitespace-only lines, and removing a server gives back the file as it was (#248)
