JAR name in UG is not correct.

Reason for disagreement: This is not merely a cosmetic issue. It is extremely important that downloadable file names match. Firstly, this gives the confidence to users that they are downloading the correct file.

Second and more importantly, if an incorrect file name is given, users might download an outdated JAR file that has a matching name. This might result in unexpected bugs and errors that occur for them, which might have been already solved in the JAR file intended to be downloaded by the team. Clearly, there is a possibility that this will inconvenience users who are expecting a file named taskmaster.jar.

In fact, the severity can be upgraded to High, if the user were to download a wrong file due to this typo in JAR name, and as a result encounters a catastrophic system failure due to using a software version that has a critical bug in it.
