Required fix for anyone who installed v0.1.1.

v0.1.1 added after_dependencies: ['tplink'] to the manifest to satisfy hassfest. That declaration makes HA wait for tplink to complete its config-entry setup before running our shim — by which time tplink has already iterated the description maps and the new pir_* entities get marked as deleted. After updating to v0.1.2, restart HA and the entities will come back online.
