feat: Create-Python-App website (docs/marketing parity with CNA)

Problem

There is no Create-Python-App/website. CNA has create-awesome-node-app.vercel.app (Create-Node-App/website) with badges, template links, and docs hub. CPA tracking issue #44 closed when cpa-templates was created (“website later”) — the website was never spun out.

Acceptance criteria

• Create Create-Python-App/website (or equivalent docs site)
• Landing: install via uvx, featured templates, link to GitHub + PyPI
• Deploy (Vercel or similar) with stable URL
• README badges in CLI + cpa-templates point at the site
• Minimal content parity with CNA site structure (can be thinner v1)

Website bootstrap is underway in Create-Python-App/website:

1. Exact copy of CNA website landed on main
2. Review stack for CPA rebrand:
   • chore: rebrand site identity and catalog to Create-Python-App website#1 — identity + catalog
   • feat: adapt homepage and UI copy for Create-Python-App website#2 — homepage/UI copy
   • docs: rewrite product docs for Create-Python-App CLI and catalog website#3 — docs rewrite

Still needed to close this issue: connect the repo to Vercel (or equivalent) and publish. SEO currently targets https://create-awesome-python-app.vercel.app, which returns DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND until a project is linked. CNA reference deploy: https://website-hazel-nine-68.vercel.app.

Reopened: code landed on `Create-Python-App/website` main, but production deploy is still missing (`create-awesome-python-app.vercel.app` → DEPLOYMENT_NOT_FOUND). Keep open until Vercel (or equivalent) is connected and the site is live.
