Luffy Create is a free, open-source, lightweight and fast video creation and editing application for making animated videos for technical, promotional, educational, and hobby content.

Features

  • Scene-based editor with a frame-accurate timeline
  • Elements: text, shapes, arrows, code blocks (syntax highlighted), images, video,
    audio, charts, tables, and icons
  • Animations: enter / loop / exit effects with easing controls
  • Image & video adjustments: brightness, contrast, color, crop, blur, perspective
    warp
  • Scene transitions: fade, slide, push, zoom, wipe, morph
  • Export: MP4 video (720p / 1080p) and PNG / WebP stills — fully offline, no account
    required

Install (Windows)

  1. Download Luffy_Create_Installer_v1.exe below
  2. Run it (Windows SmartScreen may warn "Unknown publisher" — click More info → Run
    anyway    ; the app is unsigned for this release) [I guarantee the app is malware-free.]
  3. Launch from the Start Menu

Notes

  • Windows only for this release. macOS and Linux builds are planned.
