Bumped version from 4.0.1c to 4.0.3c
Stats mode now resolves version/build silently without printing the “Version Selection” banner or prompts
After displaying stats, script exits immediately with code 1 instead of continuing into update checks
Added --force-upgrade flag and improved script self-upgrade with better error handling and quiet/batch support
Added Windows fallback to C:\minecraft\version_history.json if config is missing and improved upward directory search
Standardized output headings, suppressed some banners during upgrades, and clarified network error messages
Exit code scheme preserved (0 = success, 1 = no update/stats, 2 = no internet)
