Releases: CreoleVR/QuestLHSync
Release list
QuestLHSync 1.4
- The dashboard shows how many bright spots the cameras see and how many are used, and says when the headset isn't moving (its frames aren't used then)
- While it's finding the base stations, the log says what became of the spots, and so does stopping a recording
Only the SteamVR driver changed; the v1.3 Magisk module keeps working. Install steps are in the README.
QuestLHSync 1.3
- Base stations no longer come out swapped (mirrored) when they're at the same height facing each other: each one is told apart by its channel
Only the SteamVR driver changed; the v1.2 Magisk module keeps working. Install steps are in the README.
QuestLHSync 1.2
- Quest 3 and 3S support (not tried on either yet)
- Virtual Desktop learns its own pose timing instead of sharing Link's
Update both the SteamVR driver and the Magisk module. Install steps are in the README.
QuestLHSync 1.1
Lighthouse trackers, controllers and base stations aligned to a rooted Quest Pro's own tracking. The Quest Pro's side tracking cameras see the SteamVR 2.0 base stations' laser flashes, and the SteamVR driver keeps the lighthouse space lined up with the Quest's while you play.

questlhsync/: the SteamVR driver folder (driver, dashboard app)QuestLHSync-magisk-v1.1.zip: the Magisk module for the headsetREADME.md,LICENSE,THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md
Install steps, settings and troubleshooting are in the README.
Needs: a Quest Pro rooted with Magisk, SteamVR 2.0 base stations, Windows with SteamVR, and the PC and headset on the same local network. Works with any streamer: Link, Air Link, Virtual Desktop, ALVR, Steam Link, CreoleCast and so on.
Since the 1.0 source:
- Only the side cameras are read. The front pair never saw a base station. The camera reader now takes about 9% of one headset CPU core.
- Camera buffers are matched to cameras by the order they were allocated in, not their addresses. Addresses mislabeled some buffers on some boots.
- The timing learner counts only sightings of a base station, so other lights no longer pad its data.
