Fix
The camera permission bar appears behind desktop icons in Lively, so Allow/Block could not be clicked.
New setup flow: enabling Follow the webcam shows a centered panel with steps:
- Right-click desktop → View → turn off Show desktop icons
- Click Turn on camera in the panel
- Click Allow on the prompt (top-left)
- Turn icons back on — permission is remembered
