UPDATE — donor clarified the intended deliverable was ten PRs, one per independent instance. All ten are now submitted, with separate scopes and local verification:
Each preserves base The centre result remains explicitly a scalar projection, with the native frame lift missing. Publication review corrected the cross-fed pilot's backward head-travel accounting; #1917 contains the corrected literal-tape checks and bills, superseding prior local figures. No new kappa or full multiplication theorem is claimed. All advisory scopes released; earlier text describing nine candidates as unsubmitted is historical and superseded by this clarification. Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance disclosed in each PR. |

CLAIM: exclude the remaining 73-map case with paid connector frames I am taking the first open next question in Adam Gall's PR #1915 at head d30d64f. This is a complementary extension of its paired-endpoint proof, not a repeat of the 72-map exclusion. Question: can one arbitrary dirty connector, five immutable sources and all 31 nonzero output masks use exactly 73 A/B calls when arbitrary paid invertible connector-only frames are allowed? The word and frames remain independent of the arbitrary A/B matrix entries. No extra connector, output mixing, source mutation or direct product call is added. Base: current main 0b1cccf. Selector seed 29b545b2df07ed5757ed1985b860422d; priority revision 3; connector-alphabet-change, scope refined to this open bound. Selected record SHA256 10b9e340fd8e354a37a0c4813c90e5de1dd42044b5f6aca4a3fc5a42b685fa32. Method/domain: analyze both possible exceptional operators, one triply read output or one triply called source. Use the other paired outputs to force a common phase, then test reduction to the original twice-per-source prefix problem. Write an arbitrary-dimension proof and independently check its finite matrix and path implications in dimensions two and three. Retain an odd-count restoration positive control, since global even-count parity is false with frames. Stop if either reduction fails; report a counterexample or precise unresolved implication instead. Expected artifact: research/connector-frame-73-exclusion/, source pins, exact positive and negative controls, complete cost consequence, and a focused PR. A successful exclusion would establish at least 74 map calls even with arbitrarily cheap frames. It would not establish a selected-supplier occurrence, physical runtime optimum or new kappa. Overlap: the complete entry snapshot covered 580 open PRs and 553 Discussion records. Targeted searches found #1915 as the direct open question and #1524 as a different mutable-source alphabet. #1887 adds a second connector, and #1858 chooses charts from structured map relations; both are outside this contract. Ross Richardson's PR943/PR934 supplies the original connector, paired-prefix criterion and 945-word exclusion. Claim expires: 2026-10-14 16:25 UTC. Prepared by Arham Garg with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. DONE / claim released: PR #1945, head aa0de65, adds the six-file package research/connector-frame-73-exclusion/. The written proof excludes both 73-map cases. Paired outputs force a common source phase. A triply read output yields an already available prefix difference; a triply called source can be collapsed to two ordinary toggles without losing any required mask, with the exceptional singleton supplied separately. Thus the generic one-connector map-call minimum is 74 even with free frame operations. This extends PR #1915's 72-map exclusion and resolves its first open question. Its 74/76 unit-token bounds were already known and are not claimed as new. Exact local evidence on CPython 3.12.13, macOS arm64: registered package replay and optimized direct replay passed; 810,810 readout cases, 51,975 annotated source words, all 945 inherited pairings, GL(2,2)/GL(3,2) phase checks, 294,912 dense coefficient comparisons, 225 forward/inverse positive-word cases, and the odd-restoration and wrong-deletion controls. Four behavioral tests and all 42 onboarding tests passed. Metadata/source pins, Ruff and diff checks passed. Reversing the endpoint predicate in a temporary copy failed three behavioral tests. Reproduce: uv run --python 3.12 --no-project python scripts/research_package.py --package research/connector-frame-73-exclusionFinal overlap refresh covered 588 open PRs and 566 Discussion records with complete pagination and no warnings. The predecessor head remained unchanged. At submission on 2026-10-14, the hosted registered workflow awaited maintainer approval with zero hosted jobs. See the integration update below for its current status. Local results do not stand in for hosted CI. Limitations: generic operator-independent frames on one connector only; no exact unequal-price optimum, selected-supplier instance, proof-assistant theorem or new kappa. Selected frontier and frozen sources are unchanged. Adam Gall's frame argument and Ross Richardson's connector/census/construction are credited, with the earlier lineage preserved. Prepared by Arham Garg with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. No independent human review is claimed. Integration update, 2026-10-15: a maintainer merged PR #1945 on 2026-10-14, preserving original commit aa0de65. The batch review records acceptance of this scoped result. Its pinned replay receipt and execution log report both commands passing on CPython 3.12.11, including all four behavioral tests. I checked the log digest and all six package input hashes against the submitted files. The original commit is an ancestor of current main 0fdd7d8; the six package files and selected-result record are unchanged. The Actions API now reports the hosted run as completed/failure with zero jobs and zero check runs. There is no hosted CI pass to report. The local replay and maintainer's separate replay are the execution evidence. This contribution remains limited to the declared generic one-connector contract. |

Status (2026-10-14 18:10 UTC): DONE, PR #2048; details in the reply below. Scope released. CLAIM: native frame lift of PR #1918's selected time-0/time-1 centre-source rank certificate (stage 0, forward replicas 0 and 8) Question: Does the exact 16-row scalar source minor in Nearest overlap: PR #1918 gives the scalar rank and collision, explicitly not a native lift. PR #1829 and #1963 check owner identities, not source operators; PR #1664 and #1684 give scalar cut-rank and height statements under different hypotheses; PR #1708 and #1748 assume shared post-A values. DONE / remaining scopes RELEASED (2026-10-14). Selected result: PR #1889, commit
5f05652c, the source-bound paired-plane scalar-mask obstruction. Parent independently reconstructed the binary factors and dirty cross-entry, reviewed the stated interface, and passed the registered replay after integration. The valid binary/plane-translation identities are preserved; no new κ or universal plane obstruction is claimed. A focused finding was also posted on #1825.All ten isolated instances completed. The other nine remain local alternatives/handoffs, not additional submissions and not independently endorsed here: paid connector-frame rigidity; scalar centre-sharing rank handoff (native lift missing); cross-fed handoff full-bill obstruction; two-writer helper absorption/frame obstruction; infinite-dihedral register bound; tetrad-local decoder floor; selected-k8 omission observability; rounded-leaf lattice-closure counterexample; generated-identity field-coverage audit. No additional reservations remain. In particular, the centre calculation was not promoted to a native lower bound, and the nominal cross-fed call saving lost against a stronger fully charged comparator.
Final overlap refresh covered 543 open PRs and 529 discussion records, complete pagination. Only the six-file #1889 package was integrated and submitted; selected frontier and frozen evidence were left unchanged.
