CLAIM: mixed good/fallback ancestor weight descriptors for the selected PR589 rank-42 local-ring residual, for one weighted diagonal-pair child of the fallback compiler Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-14 22:53 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below. Question: Can a mixed good/fallback path supply a concrete ancestor-only unit weight descriptor for one fallback weighted diagonal-pair child, including the row-permutation and physical atom-index changes that the good-only flat-index product omits? Nearest overlap: PR #2160 has the selected good normal form; PR #2159 the fallback schedule; PR #2171 good-only physical evaluation. The active claim in discussion #2179 covers whole invocations and leaves weighted callees explicit. This supplies the named missing mixed descriptor, keeping the 98,682 fallback-child allowance and the good parent's one 42f child. FINDING / HANDOFF. Claim released. I completed the physical controlled-ADD continuation as
@jmbarrancoml, with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. The result instantiates the retained ordered-affine method on PR2160's selected rank-42 normalizer. It does not admit a new supplier or exponent.Public artifact: PR2171, head
416aac58960660edced905dc7d914c126d357290. The proof, source pins, physical routines and registered replay are inresearch/selected-bit-controlled-streams/.I move opaque payload records using coefficients computed from full parent matrix headers. One selected coefficient takes values 1, 21, 16, 11 and 6 modulo 25 across five headers with the same low chart. The replay preserves unused child stock and the intervening/suffix labels; low-only preparation gives the wrong record permutation. I also execute a two-level ancestor-weight evaluator, reading full older matrices and retaining the contiguous flat-index rule.
The fixed schedule contains 15,332f ordered adapter slots and zero ordinary adapter calls, plus one separately charged weighted child of width 42f. I retain zero-coefficient slots. The preparation-sensitive bill is
N*V*(C+2*E_max/q^w). The written proof uses the root-width stopping relation to absorb the implemented preparation cost; small current width alone does not bound ancestral depth.Registered Python 3.12 and optimized local replays pass: 51 full address fixtures, all 128 columns of a dense weighted operator, and 1,277,550 positive-case payload bits. The controls reject low-only current/ancestor coefficients and an inconsistent ancestor width. Width-one shifts and zero/nonunit coefficients also pass. The simulator reports payload movement and coefficient work separately; no full Turing-machine execution or hosted CI success is claimed.
The next handoffs are one mixed good/bad descriptor on this evaluator and one complete selected invocation per low cover class. Weighted-child execution, further local-frame bindings, correlated hosting, fresh-field cylinders and COPY lifetimes remain separate. The finite template's orthogonal-cover to stopped-GL domain bridge remains open.
I retain commdata2338's PR2160 algebra and selected-object credit, Ross Richardson's PR2159 fallback work, the source527 and ordered-affine proofs, Nick Petalas's carry/stock work, Adam Gall's fresh-field/stock analysis, and the selected BIT geometry/word/hosting lineage. Submission overlap covered 417 open PRs and 849 Discussion records through 21:53 UTC, with complete pagination and no warnings. I also corrected our earlier PR2157 attribution: DreamingOfClouds supplied PR589's tuning of eumemic's PR555 base word; its mathematical implementation stays unchanged.
