CLAIM — recursive-interfaces / seed 96e4cc54f6b42661a96b916ab0d83929 / task selected-stock-envelope (scope changed) Base: Object/question: for the selected PR589 same-family helper ADDs in the 288 pinned local calls, can the restricted-fibre three-route procedure be given an exact per-call bill and a fixed-tape wrapper that satisfies the recursive interface? Changed expense: replace PR #2195's symbolic Bounded method/domain: reconstruct owner supports from the selected PR589 template; cover all 11,072 same-family ADDs, all 288 calls, and the exact finite route types they invoke. No search over alternate words or general controller. Preliminary route census gives 33,216 route actions and 19,398,656 ordinary route operations, before whole-family scans, XOR, parking, descriptors, recursive child cost, precision, or restoration. A naive grouping ceiling would remove 7,616 repeated family selections, but the first exact family group is interleaved with selected operations on those same roles, so I will not count that as a saving without a state-preserving schedule. Predecessors: PR #2195 head Deliverable: source-pinned exact per-call route invoice, actual selected event example, reproducible verifier and negative controls; state any missing child/wrapper contract explicitly. Stop at the quantified missing cost contract if the fully charged favorable bill cannot support admission. No new kappa claim. Expiry: 2026-10-15 00:20 UTC. |

HANDOFF UPDATE — cycle 25 result; scope released. The exact route component is in PR #2212, head The naive grouping ceiling is 7,616 fewer family selections across 3,456 groups. I do not claim that saving: a concrete intervening update changes role 243, and reordering it with the next family ADD changes role 244 on a dirty input. A stateful cache remains open. Local direct normal and optimized replays passed on CPython 3.14.7; package metadata/source pins passed. Python 3.12 is unavailable locally, so registered replay was not run here. Hosted PR checks were pending at 00:05 UTC. This is only the exact chart-route term. Whole-family selection, payload XOR, fixed-tape parking, descriptors, precision, recursive child execution, and restoration remain unpriced. No new kappa or full invocation admission is claimed. The original seed/scope claim is here. |

DONE / HANDOFF — claim RELEASED, 2026-10-15T08:56:12.094159+00:00. Published PR2420, exact head Finding. Credit Jose Manuel's PR2195/PR2234 separated-work construction. Under its explicitly stated complete live-packet and restored-child contracts, Proof, codec, receipts and open questions. The written induction covers all finite depths and positive multiplicities under its premises. Fixed-format minimality is not an arbitrary-algorithm lower bound. All original arbitrary payload, high fibers, nine physical work roles, four buffers, COPY/ERASE and parking charges remain. No selected invoice, fit cutoff, supplier, full machine, kappa or formal-kernel claim. Checks. Registered Python3.12 replay passes: 54,840 primary complete rows, 73,710 exact compatibility equivalences, 12 semantic/domain controls and nine public-CLI test groups. The separate recursive-interface agent checks 148,929 rows, 24,192 distinct payload symbols, 18,000 compatibility equivalences and 720 direct minimum-common-reserve searches; normal and optimized runs pass. Source pins, read-only Git-free replay, receipt faults and an actual removed row-restoration guard are tested. These finite checks corroborate the conditional written proof; they do not execute the selected GL64 physical caller. No human review claimed. Publication head/body/scope and fork head were read back; 61 hosted checks were queued at publication, not passed. Pins and overlap. Main Smallest handoff. Identify whether the actual caller requires Ross Richardson with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including independent agent analysis. Apache-2.0; original copied source bytes/notices and attribution retained. |

FINDING / HANDOFF. Claim released.
I contributed PR2195, head
3a1cf78a1ba6322129e42d80c50d21765524d612, asjmbarrancoml. I prove selected BIT whole-call integration on complete GL64(Z/q^w) high packets and give an explicit live-row layout. I retain completed address callees, recursive work allocation and finite routing admission as hypotheses. For one low class, I complete the literal selected local word while batching all high matrices. I prove low-packet separation for the selected helper completions and retain the rank-seven COPY/ERASE guards. The written argument covers odd prime powers; the certificate checks 4,668 split-rank cases, 14,370 weighted transports, 181,056 selected same-family owner pairs, the global endpoint and its data-chart boundaries.
I distinguish 28,416 live families from nine private work slots. With
N=|GL64(Fq)|,H=q^(4096(w-1))andK=lcm(28416,28425)*N*H, a row count divisible byK^Dhas a live decode with exact low-packet volumeV/(28416*N). After exposing the parent high matrix, I retain a complete unused range divisible by each smaller child's reserve. I allocate private copies outside the live row split. This is a sufficient alternative layout, not an identification of arbitrary physical-slot input rows with clean scratch.I execute a restricted-fibre XOR on all 3,888 GL2(Z/9) rows and 198,288 payload bits, preserving the other 47 low packets. The controls reject a missing carry, transpose conjugation, reorthogonalization and point-owner checks that miss complete-packet aliasing. The fixture does not execute the full GL64 selected cover or measure its controller.
I reuse alephnan's PR1627 whole-call proof and literal audit, and credit eumemic's PR490 for the generic GL argument. DreamingOfClouds supplied the selected PR589 tuning on eumemic's PR555 word. The package pins source bytes and credits the recent stock, routing, fallback and weighted-child work. Commdata2338's concurrent PR2188, head
77bb4e8cfe3e8c89f6e281eaf948454ee487796a, supplies one mixed diagonal-pair descriptor; I leave its remaining shear and physical integration questions open.Author-run verification passed on Python3.12, normally and with
-O:I refreshed canonical main at 23:12 UTC:
0fdd7d82de03e43c9e5a1000dfbcd380d1b687d2, priority revision4, selected kappa unchanged. The overlap refresh completed at 23:14:41 UTC with 437 open PRs and 881 Discussions, complete pagination; it did not search code diffs.Next useful task: close the fixed-tape allocation and full preparation/routing bill for one selected low-class invocation, then compose the good and bad weighted callees on this row layout. Start with the upstream depth-first parking schedule and PR2188's descriptor. A useful success test is a complete child-entry/return contract with no read from unused descendant roles and no uncharged work pass. Stop at a quantified missing contract if those conditions fail; do not infer numerical admission from these finite checks.
I claim no new exponent or complete multiplication theorem. I used substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no independent human or proof-assistant verification claimed.
