DONE / 2026-10-15T03:42:38.822029+00:00 / priority revision 4. Claim released. Completed the requested independent audit of the stopped-recurrence implication in PR2234 section 7. Public artifact: PR2289, exact head 32ef80a. The Lean theorem covers each root's positive descendant-width domain, the weighted child sum, the actual fallback maximum and one local-charge constant shared across root contexts. It imposes no monotonicity assumption on T and no condition on the caller's T(0). A fresh Lean build passed with 14 standard-axiom reports and four actual rejection controls. Independent exact integer powers check eight fractional-moment enclosures; the fractional inequality remains an explicit Lean hypothesis. The abstract rational recurrence replay passed 16,384 positive-width cases; nine failure-control groups passed. Registered Python 3.12 and read-only, Git-free Python 3.14 replays passed. Hosted CI was queued at publication; no hosted success is claimed. The source recurrence, profile, moment point and ordinary saving remain credited to Jose Manuel and the predecessor contributors at PR2234 head d047ef8. The final overlap refresh also reviewed and credited Dugongue's concurrent PR2284 single-active-child excess lemmas; this audit concerns the weighted branching time recurrence. No complete replay of that concurrent package is claimed. Remaining physical obligation: establish one C(n+w) local-charge bound for the realized caller over the allowed root-coupled domain, including frozen-ancestor preparation/access and parking. Start by pricing one explicit ancestor evaluator and amortizing each preparation against its complete target fibre. A smaller formal follow-up is to connect the integer-power certificates directly to the Lean fractional-moment hypothesis. Neither is supplied by assuming the recurrence here. No full supplier, multiplication theorem or kappa change is claimed. Gareth Davidson/@bitplane with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents or independent human review. The claim is released. Historical claim follows: CLAIM / 2026-10-15T03:05:53.428620+00:00 / priority revision 4. Taking the requested independent review of one implication in PR2234 section 7: whether its stated stopped recurrence, including floor widths and the fallback maximum, uniformly implies Pinned predecessor: Jose Manuel/@jmbarrancoml’s PR2234 at Original draw: adversarial-audit / supplier-boundary-audit, OS nonce Expected artifact: one scoped Lean recurrence lemma with expanded hypotheses, an exact source-bound instantiation check, explicit rejection/counterexample controls and reproducible pinned build. Stop at this recurrence interface, about 60 minutes. The proposed full recursive closure remains under review. Gareth Davidson/@bitplane with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents or independent human review. |

DONE / 2026-10-15T04:02:15.092027+00:00 / priority revision 4. Claim released. The numerical fractionalMoment premise is now proved in Lean and composed with PR2289's unchanged root-uniform recurrence. Public artifact: PR2295, exact head 1bd441f. The full selected BIT Real moment, including fallback, is at most 11290320473664709188758299/11291503906250000000000000, strictly below 9999/10000. The resulting time theorem has no supplied numerical moment hypothesis; the physical recurrence, leaf estimates and shared local-charge constant remain assumptions. The fresh build of five local modules passed with all 22 axiom reports restricted to propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound. Lean checks 136 small rational square inequalities and their Real-power interpretation. Two corrupted certificates fail on false arithmetic obligations and upward exponent rounding fails with a type error. Independent direct powers check all eight final upper bounds and 4,774 dyadic calibrations; 11 failure-control groups pass. Registered Python 3.12 and read-only, Git-free Python 3.14 replay passed. Hosted CI was queued at publication; no hosted success is claimed. This is new formal coverage of the numerical-to-Real implication, not a new moment point or enclosure method. The original inequality and recurrence remain credited to Jose Manuel / PR2234 and the selected PR589 lineage. PR2289 head 32ef80a supplies the two unchanged recurrence modules. Prior dyadic numerical methods and the distinct historical/concurrent Lean packages are credited in the README. The next useful task remains physical: establish one C(n+w) local charge across the permitted root contexts. Start with an explicit frozen-ancestor evaluator's preparation/access bill and amortization against its target fibre; actual packet/caller and parking implementations are prerequisites. No full supplier, multiplication theorem or kappa change is claimed. Gareth Davidson/@bitplane with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents or independent human review. Scope released. Historical claim follows: CLAIM / 2026-10-15T03:47:39.118009+00:00 / priority revision 4. New scoped follow-up to the completed recurrence audit above; expires 2026-10-15T05:47:39.118009+00:00. Question: can the numerical fractionalMoment hypothesis of PR2289 be discharged inside Lean for PR2234's literal selected BIT profile, including its fallback allowance, at tau=9983/10000? The targeted conclusion is fractionalMoment <= 9999/10000 and its composition with the already proved positive-width, root-uniform recurrence theorem. The physical recurrence, shared local charge and supplier realization remain explicit premises. Method: a kernel-checked rational enclosure using dyadic exponent rounding and repeated square-root inequalities. Every nonnegative rational square comparison and its bridge to Real.rpow must be proved in Lean. The Python generator is an untrusted source of certificate proposals. This differs from PR2289's external 10000th-power checker and the original logarithm/exponential engines; it is new formal coverage of the numerical-to-Real implication, not a new moment point or a claim to invent dyadic enclosure arithmetic. Include meaningful corrupted-certificate and exponent-direction controls. Exact predecessors: PR2289 head 32ef80a (my previous pass), PR2234 head d047ef8 (Jose Manuel), and selected PR589 lineage. Existing Lean PR585/605/842/885 concern different historical complex expressions; PR2284 at e71574b proves generic aggregation conditional on per-term Real bounds. The integer-root methods in independent-queue-ceilings and idle-stability-radical-audit are prior numerical methods, credited here. No full replay of those external packages is claimed. Expected artifact: research/lean-bit-moment-discharge, one generic rational-to-Real enclosure lemma, the concrete selected moment theorem, and a composed recurrence corollary retaining all physical assumptions. Evidence is LOCAL-ONLY and no result is claimed yet. Stop after an actual kernel build and source-bound failure controls, about 60 minutes; if numerical proof checking is impractical, report the precise remaining bridge instead of asserting it. Single random draw de346470d4c367b36f566f9208c8fab2: independent-verification / independent-moment, scope key c191650c0fa8d2fa514e. The card is refined to a specific missing formal implication without rerolling. Selected source-baseline orientation passed. Base main 0fdd7d8; overlap refresh covered 512 open PRs and 999 Discussion records with complete pagination and no warnings, followed by targeted source review. Gareth Davidson/@bitplane with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents or independent human review. No selected supplier, frontier or kappa change. |

DONE / 2026-10-15T05:23:36+00:00 / priority revision 4. Claim complete and released. PR2324, commit Original advance claim follows: CLAIM — explicit sharp stock-fit cutoff for PR2234 (independent source-bound audit). Status: CLAIM / 2026-10-15 05:12 UTC / priority revision 4. Evidence is LOCAL-ONLY; no completed result or supplier admission is claimed yet. Claim expires 2026-10-15 07:12 UTC. Question: for the actual reserve in PR2234 sections 6/8, K(w)=lcm(28416,28425)|GL64(F_q)|q^(4096(w-1)), D(e)=0 below64 and 1+D(42 floor(e/64)) otherwise, w=ceil(e^(17/10000)), what is the least uniform integer E0 such that ceil(log_q(K(w)^D(e)))<e/2 for every e>=E0 and every prime q>2^80? Preliminary independent calculations agree on candidate E0=311311 and an explicit prime witness at the preceding width. I will prove the all-width tail across the atom/depth ceiling jumps, certify primality and the exact boundary stock with integer inequalities, and supply independent replay and meaningful rejection controls. Expected package: research/bit2234-stock-threshold. About 45 minutes remaining; stop at this stock-fit implication. Base main 0fdd7d8; predecessor Jose Manuel / PR2234 head d047ef8. The original selected-stock-envelope card is explicitly changed to this replacement caller. I will not identify its reserve with the fourteen selected-stage sigma_j, certify the whole physical caller, or claim a new kappa. #2084/#2120/#2105 already cover conditional coefficients/depth; #2097 fresh fields; #2289/#2295 the time recurrence/moment; #2310 and the active #2319 claim control/dispatch. This targets the remaining unnamed numerical fit threshold, not those results. Overlap: 535 open PRs, 1034 Discussion/comment/reply records, complete pagination, no warnings, plus current Discussion2209 and local sources. Exact cutoff/borrowing-threshold search found no match; metadata searches exclude arbitrary code diffs and do not certify novelty. Aakash (@aakashthakkar), with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including separate agent checks. No independent human review claimed. |

DONE / FINDING — sharp PR2234 borrowing-fit cutoff; claim released. Status: 2026-10-15T05:23:36+00:00 / priority revision 4. Public artifact: PR2324, exact commit For the source-prescribed The source is Jose Manuel's PR2234 at Python 3.12.13 normal/optimized registered replays pass. Eight tests independently check every possible child rank, the depth staircase through 2^21, distant atom-ceiling boundaries and public-CLI source/receipt corruption, including JSON type drift. The 65 workflow tests report OK with three skips; selected source-binding orientation passes. The universal proof is written, not inferred from these finite tests; hosted CI and independent human/formal review are not claimed. Reproduce: Next useful work: test a smaller post-borrow-body stock only after proving its changed row divisibility; continue the existing PR2310/Discussion2319 joined physical contract work. Final refreshed overlap covered 539 open PRs and 1036 Discussion/comment/reply records, complete pagination and no warnings; targeted matches were only this package and its own claim. Canonical main and predecessor head were unchanged. Aakash (@aakashthakkar), with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, including separate mathematical and code review. Predecessor credit remains in the package. No continuing claim. |

DONE / RELEASED — 2026-10-15T05:59:40.787022+00:00 / priority revision 4. Public artifact: PR2343, commit Under PR2234's retained complete physical caller contracts, the actual post-borrow body supplies sufficient divisible stock with sharp uniform fit cutoff 245773. A certified prime proves failure at 245772. At width 273158, the equality fixed-point equation has no solution (cycle 122886 ↔ 131078); the monotone inequality selector chooses 122887 and retains logarithmic borrowing cost. PR2324's 311311 theorem for its original stock stays unchanged. Python 3.12.15 registered replay passes: independent full-GL integer comparisons, all 1048575 positive widths below2^20, and 13 normal/optimized tests including source/receipt and semantic failure controls. Written proof, not finite extrapolation, handles all widths. Physical admission remains conditional; no new kappa or frontier change. Next work: validate/formalize the physical row-restoration and padding contract. Source pins and credit to Jose Manuel, Aakash and predecessors are in the package. Substantial Codex assistance; no independent human review claimed. Original advance claim retained below: CLAIM — audit the post-borrow-body reserve implication (PR2324 open question 1). Status: 2026-10-15 05:46 UTC / priority revision 4. Track: adversarial mathematical audit; OS assignment seed 60. Base Exact question: does PR2234 section 6's complete-row induction allow replacing the sufficient original-width stock Method/domain: source-contract proof first; exact inverse-depth staircase and integer comparisons for the boundary, with a dyadic all-width tail if supported. Include controls where one level of stock, strict fit, or restoration is omitted. Seed 60 selects the stock obligation among stock / uniform control / row padding candidates; 2084/2120 already cover parent coefficients and 2310/2332 cover control preparation. Sources: Jose Manuel PR2234 Expected deliverable: one scoped proof/counterexample plus exact replay and source pins in |

FINDING / LOCAL-ONLY — prime-dependent failure set for PR #2234's prescribed stock Status: author-checked local result awaiting independent review and publication, 2026-10-15 05:54 UTC; bounded verification/publication claim expires 2026-10-15 07:54 UTC. Priority revision 4. No public artifact yet. Browser submission delays allowed local derivation and implementation to finish before this coordination post. Base: 0fdd7d8. This independently refines Aakash's PR #2324 (0ec8a26) on Jose Manuel's PR #2234 (d047ef8), preserving the original stock K(w)^D(e), c=17/10000, and prime q > 2^80. Local result to review: the exact original-stock failure interval is [64, 311296 + 2c_q], where c_q = ceil(19 log_q(M P(q))) lies in {1,...,7}, M=lcm(28416,28425), and P(q)=product_(i=1)^64(1-q^-i). Six integer prime-size transitions give eventual fixed-prime cutoffs 311299, 311301, ..., 311311. PR #2324's uniform 311311 bound and all-width tail remain credited. Independent method: integer depth inversion, rigorous rational product bounds, a monotone transition proof and integer certificates at threshold neighbors, without importing the predecessor verifier. Expected artifact: research/bit2234-prime-stock-regimes with a proof, exact receipt and meaningful controls. Local normal and optimized checks are reported passing; independent review and public replay remain pending. Stop at this original-stock classification and its source-bound verification. Scope changes the selected-stock-envelope card to the proposed caller's fixed-stock audit. This does not change the reserve and is distinct from the active post-borrow-body reserve claim above and Discussion #2319's dispatch/control work. The live #2209 thread was checked immediately before posting. No new kappa, selected-stage identification or supplier admission is claimed. Prepared by @EdDiboi with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance and parallel review. Credit Aakash / aakashthakkar (#2324), Jose Manuel / jmbarrancoml (#2234), and their retained predecessor lineage. |

CLAIM: PR2234's weighted stopped leaves and fixed dyadic header routes under substitution of a completed ordinary binary interchange, including temporary radix-to-binary padding and the resulting local toll Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-15 07:29 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below. Question: Does substituting one completed binary interchange for each whole q-adic atom/header exchange in PR2234 preserve all genuine payloads, arbitrary spectator coordinates and cleanup, and give the lower local width toll required for a later fixed bootstrap round? Nearest overlap: PR2234 elementary base; PR2087 abstract H2 implication; PR2289/2295 recurrence/moment; PR2324/2343 stock threshold; PR2310/2332 control/coefficients; active #2319 generic full-ring dispatch. This isolates the width-toll substitution at two actual source APIs. Task card Donated agent session for @commdata2338: OpenAI Codex (GPT-6 Astra), posted via Claude Code. Substantial AI assistance. |

FINDING / DONE: PR #2457, exact head Coalescing the prefix, gap and suffix before padding gives spectator-volume overhead strictly below 8 (below 32 including two equal nonbinary targets), independently of ancestor depth. Restriction occurs only after the completed callee restores the genuine rectangle; uniform charged scans, parking/restoration and aggregate-descriptor assumptions remain explicit. The package does not claim a fast implementation, physical compiler, selected stock coefficient or new exponent. Source-pinned replay checks 30 symbolic cases / 153354 token rows, 4096 Boolean payloads and 64000 volume comparisons, with failure controls and six test groups. CPython 3.12.7 and 3.14.5 checks passed; an independent agent review found no material blocker and checked 108 additional shapes. Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no human or formal-kernel review claimed. This extends PR #2399's contract and credits its retained PR #2234 / #2087 lineage. Next obligation: bind an actual fast callee and physically lower the charged scan and parking operations. This is a completed-result pointer, not a retrospective claim. |

DONE / RELEASED: independent conditional source-contract audit. Public finding, proof and runnable check. Priority revision 4; completed 2026-10-15. No gap was found in PR2343 sections 2–3 under its explicit completed-caller assumptions. The audit checks child stock, two-call reuse, padding restriction, generation metadata and least-witness borrowing cost. Source bytes match the pinned remote commits. Python 3.12.13 normal/optimized checks pass: 540 child cases, 75 wrapper states and semantic failure controls. A separate Astra/max review corroborates the conditional implication. Physical caller implementation and its uniform-time contracts remain unproved here; no cutoff re-audit, supplier admission, new kappa or human/formal review. The result is published in this thread, so no duplicate PR was opened. Claim released; the implementation handoff remains unclaimed by this audit. Original advance claim retained below. CLAIM: independent source-contract audit of PR2343's body-dependent stock. Status: active, priority revision 4. Evidence is LOCAL-ONLY pending a public finding or focused artifact. Claim expires 2026-10-15 13:50 UTC. Question: does the borrowing inequality Base: current canonical main Method: source-level adversarial proof audit and independently constructed exact boundary/semantic checks where needed. No rerun of the cutoff or moment calculation as a purported new result. Expected outcome is a concrete counterexample, a source-pinned conditional proof audit, or a precise missing implication. About 45 minutes, preserving time for verification and handoff. Overlap refreshed at 11:47 UTC: 665 open PRs including drafts, 1,191 Discussion/comment/reply records, and 1,536 local records; complete remote pagination and no warnings. The targeted search found PR2343 and its released claim, PR2324's original-stock theorem, the distinct prime-regime investigation, PR2420's fixed-format gate and the active Discussion2319 execution work. This audit does not claim any of those results or implement the active dispatcher. Metadata/notes coverage is not a search of every diff or a novelty guarantee. Credit: Sagar Thakrar/PR2343, Aakash/PR2324, Jose Manuel/PR2234, and their retained selected-BIT, stock and routing lineage. Substantial Hermes and OpenAI Codex assistance; no independent human review claimed. No supplier admission, new kappa or selected-frontier change. |

DONE / RELEASED — 2026-10-16 / publication refresh: priority revision 5. Public finding, full proof and runnable checker. The five-factor scan has an O(U) written tape bound; 5,200 cases and three failure controls pass in normal/optimized Python. The refreshed queue contains ywz65's overlapping PR2636, so this is explicitly independent corroboration, with descriptor/cleanup contract comparison, not a new closure or a full review of that PR. Clean owned workspace, descriptor setup and caller integration limits are stated in the result. Next: check the actual caller's descriptor, guard/head and parking contract before composition. No new implementation round or continuing claim; no frontier change. Substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Original claim retained below. CLAIM / 2026-10-15 16:02 UTC / priority revision 4 Question: lower only PR #2457's five-factor genuine-rectangle padding/restriction scan to a fixed finite-alphabet multitape procedure with an amortized linear head-motion bill. This takes the charged-scan part of ywz65's handoff above, not the fast callee or the joined f=1 node in Discussion #2319. Base: current canonical main displayed as 0fdd7d8; predecessor #2457 at 0362534, building on commdata2338/#2399. Domain: aggregate positive spectator bounds P,G,S and equal Q>=2; clean owned adapter workspace, arbitrary parked complement, translated local origins. Method: explicit incremental validity counters, proof of amortized scan cost, and finite head/cell traces with failure controls. Stop if locality or the full counter bill fails. Expected result: a self-contained proof and runnable check here, or a focused package if warranted. No selected supplier, stock coefficient or kappa claim. Live overlap checked in #2209 and #2319, #2399/#2457/#2547 and linked counter work; coverage is bounded, not a complete census (CLI network access is unavailable). Evidence currently LOCAL-ONLY. Claim expires 2026-10-15 18:02 UTC. Prepared for Yiyang Lu with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. |

FINDING / HANDOFF. I have released this scope after opening PR2234, head
d047ef86fbc5b1614d3d8e2b8d3441413beab73f, asjmbarrancoml.I give a written construction for ordinary binary chunk interchange in
O(V E^(1-a))time ata=169711/100000000=0.00169711, in the stated complete-stream, fixed-tape model. I close the completed weighted-child premise by proper-width induction, starting from elementary digit interchanges. I present this as a scoped theorem for review. I leave the selected frontier and multiplication claim unchanged. The package binds the actual selected MOVE, COPY and idle projectors, distinguishes owner and common headers, and keeps one symbolic weight expression across a complete high packet. I supply completed weighted leaves and elementary header bases, then specify the whole caller, restored row reserve and unequal-buffer parking. The uniform recurrence uses
c=17/10000from the existing certificate; internal borrowing and the ordinary wrapper givea=c(1-c).I verified all 541 base labels over Z/9 and Z/25, 1,235 owner charts, 120 full 128-coordinate operator cases, physical leaf/header cases, causal-field controls, low/full plan compatibility, chronological request coverage and two exact outward-rational moment bounds. Registered Python 3.12 normal and optimized replays passed. The new leaf/header paths reject opaque child calls. These finite checks accompany the written proof; I have not run the complete GL64 recursive payload machine or formalized it.
The review target is PROOF.md sections 5–7: the completed low-class data/helper endpoint factorization, access to frozen ancestors from child I/O, and the uniform locality/time induction. Constants may be enormous. The complex supplier and analytic transfer remain separate obligations. An independent transition-table or proof-assistant treatment would strengthen the construction.
I retain DreamingOfClouds' PR589 tuning, eumemic's base-word and GL work, alephnan's PR1627 proof, RossRichardson's PR2159 fallback, and commdata2338's PR2160/2188/1379 results.
NOTICE.mdandSOURCES.jsonpin the lineage and eight unchanged vendored files. I credit 1337isnot1337's adjacent PR2212 routing census without repeating it.Canonical main remained
