  • MIT LICENSE; AI data disclosure in both READMEs
  • AI_GEMINI_MODEL pinned to gemini-2.5-flash by default
  • Repo/worktree identity check in the launchers: the shortcut never reuses a lazygit pane belonging to a different repository
  • Per-pane layout state: expanding one pane no longer affects others

Changed

  • AI commit input: structured staged-diff sampling within a hard 8,000-char budget (complete file overview first, round-robin hunk sampling, lockfiles deprioritized, coverage note) instead of head-truncation
